Exceptional, even *SEVEN* whole years later!
This song features nice lyrics that give you just a taste of what to expect on the CD. Very catchy and sing-a-long-ish. But the best part of this song (if you didn’t know already) is the outstanding piano which to me is inspiring.
I love the bridge and the ending best.

Vanessa Carlton is an AMAZING singer. Boy, the way she can suck you into a song and make you want to listen to it a thousand times every mile for A Thousand miles. She wrote this song when I was about 5. You’ll never guess what though! Now, I am in 5th grade. So why don’t I stop telling you my story and talk about the song.
A Thousand miles is a song that from my perspective is talking about love. Maybe not love from a girl to a boy but maybe from a daughter to an aging father, mother, grandfather, or grandmother. If you like music, you will LOVE this song.
