How does an electronic chromatic tuner with an acoustic guitar?
I am a beginner guitar and I have been in the shop. I set the mode of the guitar and take the thickest E string on the instructions and says 5 in red. I change the color mode? and said G and Green Sense becomes louder. Instructions are vague to me but what is tighting and relax? The last time I turned maliciously and finally break the chain: (Thank you all for their responses. Each of your answers have been some great information. think much of it is to do with me not understanding the chromatic scale. When the guy showed me the store that was in the right of the note need only be just to listen. Mine, however, showed a completely different note, and that confused me. Finally I figured it was:)
I'm not familiar with your particular receiver, but if it means granting the E string to G and then try to loosen the chain (who form the bottom) and the tuner must then possibly say that you are in the range of E. After the grant until your tuner say it's right on target. If they believe may look right and then go online and find a video of someone playing all 6 strings (easy to find on YouTube) and compare the sound of your low E string with it. I'm kind of noob as well but I changed all my channels last week and did not have many problems in making agree with my chromatic tuner. I hope this help.
